"Got the wrong stuff in my order"
I ordered a few protein snacks and some preworkout, but when the box showed up, it had different flavors and even one item I definitely never picked. The weird part is the receipt had my actual order on it, so I have no idea how it got swapped around. It feels like this kind of thing always happens right when you’re actually excited to try something.
I emailed them and it did get handled eventually, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t the end of the world or anything, but I really don’t want to place another order and wonder if I’m just going to get a random mystery box again

I’ve ordered from Nutrition Faktory a couple times now, mainly because the discounts are actually worth it. Nice. The promo codes go through without any hassle, and the sale prices are clear when you’re checking out. I ended up getting my protein and pre-workout for less than I expected, which is always a win. Shipping was fine too, not lightning fast or anything, but no issues. Easy. I’ll definitely keep checking back when they have deals going.

I appreciate that they list the ingredients so clearly. It’s nice not having to squint at the packaging or wonder what they’re trying to hide, because some brands definitely make it feel that way. It makes choosing what I want a lot easier and I don’t have to overthink it.

As someone who tries to stay on top of my money, this was really frustrating. I had to follow up twice just to get my refund sorted, which shouldn’t have been necessary. The whole process felt more stressful than it needed to be.

"Something felt a little off"
I ordered a supplement from Nutrition Faktory, and I’m not 100% sure what it was, but the bottle just didn’t feel quite right to me. The label looked a little different from the one I’d bought before, and the seal wasn’t as neat as I expected. I’m not saying it was definitely fake or anything, but I also didn’t feel comfortable using it. Customer service was fine, I guess, but they didn’t really give me an answer that made me feel better about it. I probably won’t order from them again.

"Order arrived, but updates could’ve been better"
My order went through without any issues, but I had a feeling something was a little off when the tracking didn’t update for longer than I expected. I ended up messaging them just to check what was going on. They did get back to me, although it wasn’t exactly quick. The package arrived fine in the end, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience, just average. My gut says it would feel a lot smoother if the tracking updates were more consistent.

"Pretty solid order overall"
I ordered some protein and a pre-workout from Nutrition Faktory, both seem like good quality. The taste was better than I expected too, although maybe I just had low expectations for supplements in general. Shipping was normal, not super fast but not slow either. I’m giving it 4 stars because one of the tubs came with a small dent, but the product itself was totally fine. Maybe I’m being picky, but that was the only thing that stood out

I was ordering from nutritionfaktory.com and everything started out normal. I added what I needed to my cart, but when I went to check out, the cart didn’t update right away. I sat there for a second thinking maybe I clicked something wrong, then ended up reloading the page once. After that, it finally showed everything correctly and I was able to finish the order. Payment went through without any problems, and the confirmation email came in right after. So overall, it worked, but the checkout felt a little clunky compared to other sites I’ve used. Not a bad experience, just not the smoothest one either

I’ve liked some of the products I’ve bought here, and shipping has been fine, but the constant out-of-stock items are getting really frustrating. It feels like half the time the things I actually want aren’t available, and even after checking back, it’s the same situation. At some point, the company needs to take responsibility for keeping better inventory or at least being clearer about when items will be restocked. I’d order more often, but the stock problem makes it hard to keep coming back

I’ve been getting my monthly supplements through nutritionfaktory.com, and based on my experience, their subscription setup seems straightforward. I was able to change my shipping date and even skip a month without contacting support, which is always a plus in my book. The only downside is the account page can be a little slow to load sometimes. Overall, it’s not perfect, but it does what I need and has been easy to manage.

I found the site easy to use overall. The categories made sense, and the search actually helped me find what I was looking for without a bunch of hassle. Product pages loaded quickly too, and the details were clear enough to understand without digging around. Checkout was also straightforward, which I appreciated because I’m always a little wary of having to deal with customer service if something goes wrong. I’d rather the site just work the first time, and for the most part it did. My only complaint is that a few pages felt kind of busy on mobile. Not terrible, just a little cluttered. Still, it was a good experience overall
